For individual artists and creators using the work for non-commercial or limited-commercial purposes. This includes independent artist releases, demo recordings, live performances, personal YouTube channels, social media content, and streaming releases where you are the artist. If you are one person or one band making music for your own career, this is your tier.

For businesses, labels, agencies, and commercial entities using the work for revenue-generating purposes beyond an individual artist's releases. This includes label releases, advertising and sync, karaoke production and distribution, content monetization networks, brand content, and any use where the work generates revenue for a company rather than an individual artist.

What You Need to Know
These rules keep our workflow efficient and our pricing honest. Please read before submitting a request.
1. Arrangement requires a melody demo
We need a melody — hummed, sung, or played on an instrument — to arrange around. Lyrics alone are not enough. If you send us lyrics without a melody, we cannot start work. Your melody demo does not need to be professionally recorded; a phone voice memo works fine.
2. Mixing is vocal stems over a 2-track instrumental
Our Vocal Mix service blends your dry vocal stems over a pre-mixed stereo instrumental (2-track). We do not mix full multitrack instrumental sessions with individual drum, bass, guitar, and keyboard tracks. If you need full multitrack mixing, that is a different service category that we do not currently offer.
3. Video services are post-production only
We edit, color-grade, add effects, and produce your video — but we do not film it. You provide the footage, and we make it look and sound professional. This applies to Lyric Video, MV Post-Production, and AI Video services. If you need filming, you will need to source that locally.
4. Revision policy
Each project includes one round of minor revisions at no extra charge. Minor revisions are tweaks to levels, timing, key, arrangement details, or video edits — not a full re-do. If a revision significantly expands the original scope, we will quote it separately. Extra revision rounds are available as an add-on.
5. Payment terms
Projects at or under $300 require 100% payment upfront. Projects over $300 require a 50% deposit to start and the remaining 50% before final delivery. All payments are processed via PayPal in USD. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. We never deliver final files without the balance cleared.
How Payment Works
For Projects $300 or Under
Full payment upfront via PayPal. Once payment clears, we begin work immediately. This applies to our Audio Editing and Basic Vocal Mix tiers.
For Projects Over $300
50% deposit to start, 50% balance before final delivery. You receive a watermarked or low-resolution preview for approval. Once the balance is paid, we send the full-quality final files.
We accept payments exclusively via PayPal. All prices are in US Dollars (USD). We send a PayPal invoice to your email address — no account setup or portal registration required.
Pricing FAQ
Why the difference between Personal and Commercial?
Personal pricing is for individual artists funding their own creative work. Commercial pricing reflects the additional value and broader revenue-generating use by businesses — labels, agencies, distribution networks, advertising campaigns. A label releasing a track that generates streaming and sync revenue is a fundamentally different use case from an independent artist releasing their own music. The higher commercial rate licenses the work for those broader uses. If you are unsure which tier applies to you, describe your project and we will tell you.
What does the 50% deposit cover?
The deposit secures your spot in our production queue and covers the initial production work. Once you pay the deposit, we allocate the time, listen to your materials, and begin production. If you cancel after work has begun, the deposit covers the time already spent. The remaining 50% is due before you receive the final, non-watermarked files. You will always see a preview or draft before paying the balance.
Can I get a custom quote outside the listed tiers?
Yes. The tier pricing covers about 90% of projects we receive. If your project falls outside standard parameters — for example, a 10-minute orchestral remake, a mandarin song with very unusual structural requirements, or a video project combining multiple service types — we provide a custom quote based on the specifics. Send us the details and we will respond with a fixed price, same as always.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price we quote is the price you pay. Add-ons are optional and clearly listed. PayPal transaction fees are absorbed by us — you pay the stated USD amount. There are no subscription fees, no platform fees, and no surprise charges at delivery. If a project grows in scope mid-way through (because you add more tracks or request additional work), we discuss and agree on any additional cost before doing the extra work.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are in US Dollars (USD). We invoice via PayPal, which handles currency conversion automatically if your PayPal account or card is in a different currency. The conversion rate is determined by PayPal at the time of payment. We only invoice in USD, so the amount you see on this page is exactly the amount on your invoice.
